Crystals are naturally formed in the earth from natural minerals. Each crystal has its own unique energy frequency and energy value depending on where they are situated on the planet; this also dictates what kind of crystal it will become.

My first fascination with crystals was sparked by visits to my grandfather’s house. On his television set, he had 3 crystals – Amethyst specimen, Agate specimen and black onyx. Every time I was there, I was allowed to look at them and play with them.

Upon leaving home, he gifted the crystals to me and that started my interest in what crystals are, how they can support us and the development of my Crystal 101 and Crystal 201 healing courses.
